[Day 4] The powerful self-image

[Day 4] The powerful self-image

Hey My friend!

WELL DONE on creating your personal vision for the future, I’m proud of you!

It really takes courage and faith to do something for yourself and invest in the ideal 2.0 version of yourself you’re going to create.

Truth is most people don’t even think about changing, growing, and improving as a person – so the fact you’re reading about it, taking action, and pursuing your goals already sets you WAY ahead of the game.

Now, I want to take this day to do something really fun, inspiring, and empowering for your 2.0 self.

Today we’re going to align our self-image with the new vision we just created…

How are you going to do that?

You’re going to create a vision board with all the images that represent your new 2.0 self that aligns with your vision…

Let’s say you’ve written in your vision that you want to move to a new house – look up pictures of the house you want to live in and put one that resonates with you in the Personal Portfolio Self-Image page.

Do that to every aspect of your vision…

After you’ve done that, note down to yourself the FEELINGS that your ideal 2.0 self should experience with every element of your vision in your daily life.

The reason for that is your self-image is more about your mental state than anything else. When you’re aligned with certain feelings and emotions, your self-image shifts according to that.

If you’re feeling good, happy, and fulfilled with life – life invites more blessings and growth naturally, as your self-image matches the reality you experience.

If you constantly feel sad, lack energy, weak life may invite less favorable events – because your self-image is not in alignment with that of the great life you want to experience.

That is why self-image is so important to cultivate – so when you choose photos for your vision board, choose one’s that evoke the emotions and energy you want to feel, and write down the type of emotions, thoughts, feelings, and mental states you want to experience with those elements in your vision board!

Excited for the special vision board you’re about to create.

I love looking at my own vision board + Self Image prompts to evoke inspiration and hope for the future – while staying grateful for all I’ve accomplished so far.

See you tomorrow for Day 5,
