Limitless Checklist

The Limitless Checklist was created to inspire and help you become the limitless version of yourself. By following this checklist you will make your life more simple, enjoyable, efficient, happy, successful, and excellent.

Every item in this checklist is based on timeless principles of human consciousness that will be relevant in any period of human history. The items in this checklist are aligned with nature and universal principles.

The best way to use this checklist is by printing it out and ticking off what you are already doing well, note what can be improved, what can be added or removed, and what is relevant/irrelevant for your own life.

There are links in this checklist where relevant for further reading, exploration, and resources that can help you implement these principles, take your time to dive in and explore the depth of this material.

Physical:

Clean and healthy food – having a clean and healthy diet is essential for a healthy body and life. Build your diet around natural foods and balanced meals, with vegetables, fruits, proteins, and whole foods and you will thrive. Drink plenty of good water – Water quality is one of the most important aspects for a healthy body, mind, and spirit. The best water is mineral water from springs, especially if you can source it without plastic bottles. Another option is to use Reverse osmosis. Read more about it here

Good sleep – Having a good night’s sleep is the key to waking up fresh and making an impact. Aim for 7-8 hours at least, and optimize your room for the best sleep you can get – dark room, cold temperature, and warm blanket.

Exercise (3-4x a week) – Exercise is fundamental for your body. Look for a sport you love and do it for years upon years. You will both become great at it and your body will thank you as you age. You are going to enjoy the boost of energy and health this gives you. The gym is great, you can go for anything that makes you want to do it. Consistency is the key.

Get sun – spending time in the sun is essential for humans. It’s a healthy way to get more vitamin d, and enjoy the energy that the sun provides. Every living being and organism is spending as much time possible in the sun, you will feel the difference.

Stretching and movement – unleash the energy flow of your body through more stretching and movement. A rigid body has less energy flow, the more you make the body flexible, the more flow you’ll have in life.

Long walks in nature – Long walks have a powerful ability to create clarity of mind, peace, happiness, joy, and relaxation. It strengthens your bones and body structure. It makes you a healthy being, and it allows for order in your mind. A long walk in nature is ideal, though any walk you take is great and you will notice the effects immediately. Meeting with friends – Meeting with friends a few times a month is a great way to get more energy, connect with others, and gain new perspectives. Over time lifetime bonds can grow and you can create a beautiful community together.

Going out to nature – spending time in nature is always a great way to reconnect with yourself and allow your body to release all negative energy from the system. The sight, sounds, smell, texture, and energy of nature is healing both physically and energetically. Read this article for more inspiration: Nature’s Secrets

Special dinner once a week – Schedule a special dinner once a week, at the same day and time, do so with yourself, your loved ones, and family – this will be a special event you can always look forward to.

One day off once a week –Take one day off once a week, away from work, away from all your obligations. One day to allow yourself to recharge and reorganize your thoughts. If you can add in a break from technology from time to time that is great.

Deep breathing from the nose – focus on deep breathing from the nose and allow your breathes to go as low as you can, into the diaphragm. Clean your environment – a clean environment is important for your physical well being, and it will also open up the energy in your life. Make time to clean your environment at least once a day, and maintain a healthy living and working space. This article is relevant: 3 Ways to clear negative energy in your home

Organize your home – Adapt your home for the optimal energy flow. There’s no need for feng shui knowledge – all you need is to observe your environment and see where the energy is moving, where it feels blocked, and how to change that. Usually, the more clutter you have, the less energy flow there is – so optimize for a clear space as much as possible. Mental:

Read a few pages of a Physical book a week – reading a physical book is a beautiful way to disconnect from the screens. I believe it is a wonderful experience to hold a physical book in your hands, feel the tactile texture, let your eyes receive the beautiful letters. A good book will open your mind to new worlds and ideas, it will expand your experience of life to a new level. I have 2 books you can check out if you’re looking for something new to read. Practice gratitude – having gratitude for your life is a beautiful thing. The more you are grateful the more you notice how much you can be grateful for. Additionally, you also receive more to be grateful for. You can document in a journal, in notes, or by bringing it to your awareness – what feels the best for you. Journal – Journaling about anything is a great way to clear your mind and process anything that’s going on unconsciously. You can let go of problems, solve issues, and get to the root of things this way. You can process emotions, let go of past pains, and plan for a better future. The journal is a place to reflect your thinking, emotions, ideas, and creations. I highly advise you to pick up a journal and let the stream of consciousness flow from time to time. Uplifting music – Music is a powerful energy that is made up of frequencies, vibrations, and sounds that can create physical change in your brain, life, and reality. I highly recommend adding more uplifting and beautiful music to your life – classical music such as Chopin, Bach – you can add instrumental music such as Greece music, Indian Sitar, traditional music from other countries. Mindfulness Practices – some of the best ways to relax your mind and become more happy, calm, joyful and present is to practice mindfulness. This can be observing the world around you without thinking, it can be while working and immersing yourself in the task, and it can involve breathing more intentionally. There are many mindful practices, and they are all about tuning into the present moment and focusing on the now.

Talking with friends and family – give your family and friends a call every week or two. They will be happy you did, you will be happy you did, and you’ll have a greater connection over the long run. Go call your grandma, your grandpa, call your mom and dad. Call your uncle, you best friend, your teacher from high school. Talk to them, have some fun and laugh together… Life is about these beautiful connections and you will feel great for doing it.

Watching funny videos that make you laugh – One of the greatest ways to release all the stress is to laugh in life. Watch funny videos that bring you up, watch a funny show, talk to your funniest friends and laugh. Have fun.

Helping others – help others when you can. Whether it is in your work, in your family, in your day to day life… even just holding the door for someone or helping an old lady pick up the groceries is a great impact. Helping others – is helping yourself. You will feel empowered and valuable when you do.

Learn a New Language – learning a new language will expand your mind and open your horizons to new directions. It will remind you how complex the function of language really is, and how miraculous it is that we can talk and speak. A new language will create new connections in your mind and allow you to have a faster and more efficient brain – which is incredible.

Spiritual:

Meditate – Meditation is one of the most powerful practice on this entire list. I believe if you only start with one thing from this list, this is the one you should choose. I’ve done my seminal work in my psychology studies on meditation, and though I knew the effects, I was still amazed at the vast difference in quality of life people who meditate experience. It will be the foundation for everything else you build and create in your life. If you want to start and have step by step guidance I recommend you pick up my book “Meditation Master”. It is a great resource that will help you ascend the on the spectrum of consciousness, and experience the magical power of meditation in improving every area of your life.

Pray – prayer is a doorway to a higher state of consciousness, once you are connecting to a higher self, God, The Creator, you are able to bring change to your reality and to others. It is a place to connect with yourself and a higher power and receive new light.

Connect to The Creator, God, Infinity – there are many ways to connect to your Creator additionally to prayer, there is meditation, journaling, being in nature, imagination, and more – the path is personal and individual to every person.

Visualize, imagine, consciously create – You have a powerful ability within you to imagine, visualize, and create reality. You can envision any idea, thought, image, or experience and you can feel it within you. Practice this ability intentionally and watch how you can improve, enhance, create, and build your reality from the inside out. You can shift, change, grow, and build by using this powerful ability of imagination. Practice Affirmations – use affirmations, self talk, and speech to enhance your quality of life. The power of words has long been shown to provide for a huge difference in your – to heal, improve, upgrade, and change your condition in life. Use your words in your favor and watch as it upgrades your whole reality. You can get the affirmation track I created “Money Codes” – a kabbalist affirmation track for increasing your abundance and ability to experience prosperity in your life.

Ho’oponopono – This is one of the most powerful mantras in the world. It is a mantra that will enlighten you to the fact there is nothing but you in your world. You are the creator of all things, of all realities, of all experiences – and when mastered you can change and shift the external through your inner world. Grounding – Grounding will recharge you both physically and energetically. It is a way to connect with the earth and discharge the negative energy of your body to it, while recharging with the grounding energy of the earth. Become part of a community – being part of a community, of something larger than yourself is a powerful way to find more meaning and purpose in life. Especially if you are drawn to a higher consciousness way of living and being, surrounding yourself with people who are similar in energy, vibration, and frequency is essential. It will allow you to become more of your authentic Limitless Self and support you on your ascension to higher timelines. Make the world a better place – It is in your hands to make the world a better place. You can pick up trash when you see it, you can give charity when you can, you can give food to the people in need, you can feed an animal, or you can just give a compliment and a smile to someone in need. There is nothing to small you can do to make the world better and increase it’s energy levels. It’s in your hands.

Energy Healing – learning energy healing is one of the best ways to improve the quality of your life. When you discover this path of energy healing, you will realize that everything you knew about the body, mind, and health was only half the truth. Of course, you need to take care of your body and mind, yet there exists another dimension that is hidden from the physical eye, where healing is instant, and immediate. Notice synchronicities – begin to notice the synchronicities in your world. What does the universe bring into your awareness? what is it pushing away from you? What is it telling you to focus on and where are you learning lessons? The universe is a miraculous mirror that always supports you and wants you to grow. Believe it and be it – become the one who notices and observes.

Send positive energy to the world – through your inner being, your energy, you can send positive energy to others and into the world. You can share this energy with other people, places, nature, life, and spirit. The human energy is one of the most blessed and beautiful that exists in the universe, the soul of a human can share beautiful light and blessings with anything that exists. Become the light you are and share this light freely with yourself and others, watch how your reality shifts and grows, how blessed you become and how miraculous your life flows. Live in abundance, love, health, and prosperity – live your life as if every moment is a miracle. Give thanks to the abundance, love, health, prosperity, success, beauty, and creativity you have. Every moment is a potential for beautiful creation, love, ascension and a higher state of consciousness. Every moment holds potential for greatness. Allow the infinite light of creation to shine upon you and become a pillar of light for others, a source of infinite love and blessing. It is your life and you are here now to live it. This is your life and it is happening now. Live it fully with all of the gifts and blessings you have been given to share and grow with. Creative

Play music – Learn an instrument and how to play music. You’ll find endless joy in mastering your craft. Playing music is a great way to meditate and enter a world of focus, higher consciousness and connection to yourself. Playing an instrument creates a deep state of flow and harmony in your mind which tunes you to a higher frequency and vibration of reality.

Create art – create art, painting, sculpting, ceramics, or any other artform that you find valuable. It will help you express your creativity and bring it to life.

Write – writing is the best form of communication that can last forever. The best way you can transmit a message to the world is through writing, a universal format that will never go out of fashion. Everything in the world is based on writing and text – from knowledge, signs, directions, to code, scripts, and other creations.

Draw – drawing opens up new parts of the mind and allows for a greater sense of creativity. It allows you to express yourself in ways that are different than the logical mind. Drawing is an excellent way into the subconscious mind.

Learn how to cook – cooking is one of the best art forms and crafts you can master. It can provide endless joy for you and your loved ones, it will provide you with health benefits and the ability to provide for others. You will also get to make delicious meals that can be challenging to find elsewhere. The best food in the world is the one you make with your hands and with love.

Build new things from wood or metal – building is an artform that can provide many hours of joy and entertainment, while making useful things for yourself or your house. My first business was created by doing this – building Cajons – a wooden percussion instrument, which also involves my love for music. Read about it here

Professional & business

Enhance your communication skills – one of the most important skills to live a great life is to communicate effectively. When you learn how to communicate with others in a way that is beneficial, and how to speak in a way that resonates, people can connect with you on a deeper level. I believe one of the most important things is to always be authentic and real in your communications. It will take you a long way.

Learn new skills – there is always more to learn or improve in your current skillset. Whatever profession, career, or business you are in – you will benefit from building your skillset. Perhaps it is learning a complimentary skill, for example, if you’re a chef, learning how to bake, or perhaps it is a new tool for your job. It will expand you on all levels.

Connect with new people in your field – send a message to a new person at least once a week. This way you’ll build more connections and friendships along your path. Do it only if it feels authentic, and see where it takes you.

Get more education – learn more things whether through books, online, in a university, or through courses. Education is the way forward. The more you educate yourself the better your understanding of the world and reality becomes. The more you learn AND apply – the better you become, you are upgrading yourself and becoming a wiser, smarter, and more efficient person that is more valuable to the world.

Get Mentorship and Coaching – getting a mentor can be a huge step forward in your development. A mentor will show you the quickest path to evolution, it will be much quicker, enjoyable, and amazing once you work with a great mentor. When I got my first mentor, my life shifted rapidly in less than a month. It wasn’t that I didn’t know what the challenges were, it’s that I didn’t have the best perspectives and tools to overcome these challenges. Once someone external can look at the situation and help you solve it, you can overcome it much more quickly and feel a weight off your shoulder. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Practice your craft – the more you practice, the better you get. The more you put in the work and energy – the more you’ll get back from your work. Practice, practice, practice, and then some more practice – 10,000 hours is great, 20,000 hours is even better!

Improve your offerings to the world – what are you currently offering to the world? How many people know about it? Why is it valuable to others? Ask yourself these questions often. Show up in a higher version of yourself in the world, and improve what you offer. Improving every day is a path to a higher reality.

Increase the quality of your work – increasing the quality of the work, while becoming more efficient, is the sign of a true master. You can always be better. You can always do better. Be graceful with yourself, while also accepting that you can improve. Incremental improvement every single day is the path to compounding your success over time.

Attract new clients, customers, or better jobs – as you level up – your whole world levels up with you. The better you become, the better you attract to your life. This is the key to attracting better experiences and opportunities in life.

Family and community

Family always comes first – family is the foundation of your life, make your family a strong part of your life and build around it.

Give advice to the younger generation – the younger generation is looking for mentors and guidance. You can be a leader and a positive influence in their life. You can be someone they are happy learning from. Give them the power to grow.

Help the elderly – Your elders helped you when you came to this world, if you can, help them and give back to their experience of life. Cook for them, take them out, visit them, or even just give them a phone call.

Be a positive role model – You can shine a light to others and show them a path to a higher reality. You can do so actively, or just through your presence. Allow yourself to step up to a higher vibration, a higher road, and inspire others in your family, social circles, and community do the same.

Cook for your loved ones – Make meals together, invite them over, cook for them. There is great love to share with people during meals together.

Establish Family Traditions – create family traditions that are yours to share. It can be anything that makes you happy and look forward to.

Do your best to provide a better life for your family – be a honorable member of your family – do whatever you can to give others a better quality of life, whether physically or spiritually. Your presence matters.

Love your family and give them love – love your family and show them your respect to them, the family unit is a powerful one that allows you to fuel and strengthen each other.

Create social events and gatherings – arrange local events for your family, friends, family, and people around you. This can be a great way to meet new people, exchange ideas, and expand your horizons.

Financial

Invest in yourself – The best investment is always yourself. In knowledge, skills, health, relationships, connections, and education. It is always the highest ROI in life, and you will always find ways to use these investments in some way. These are investments that will always stay with you and keep compounding forever. Invest in appreciating assets – invest in assets that go up in value over time, rather than assets that sink you down. There is no use in buying things above your ability to impress others or to feel like you’re worthy. Work on your self worth before throwing away money and resources on material. Think about what you can buy that will compound and build over the years. Think about your future generations – and how you can allow them a better starting point

Give away whatever you can – when you can, give away things. Give to those who need it, or to charity, you can also donate some money when you can. This is a great way to give back to others.

Donate some of your money to charity – if you can, give away some money to charity that you believe in. It is a great practice that will demonstrate faith and generosity in life.

Cut the waste and excess – let go of all the excess in your life that you don’t need. This can be subscriptions you don’t use, items you no longer need, resources that are taking away more than they give you. Become lean and efficient

What to avoid:

News – the news is a programming technology used to brainwash people to believe in a radical point of view. There is no need to consume the news. If there is an important issue you need to stay aware about, you can use the internet which is less intense and you have more control over.

Negative people and environments – people and environments have a strong effect on the energy around you. Opt to stay away from people and places that bring you down as much as possible.

Junk food – Junk food both costs you more money and is unhealthy in the long run. You can cook better food at home in a fraction of the price, while enjoying delicious meals that are way more healthy.

Stagnation – stagnation in every area of your life isn’t optimal. Movement is essential, get going no matter what. Even if you’re just feeling stuck, go for a short walk, talk with someone, clean your home, make some movement in your reality. It will shake things up.

Overconsumption – The more consumerism is encouraged, the more you will be better without it. Consume what you need and nothing more. What you need and want is up for you to decide, be honest with yourself and watch how the quality of your life increases as you are more efficient with your consumption.

What to treat:

Any type of addiction –Drugs, Overconsumption of alcohol, Explicit sexual material, overconsumption of food, overconsumption of media/video games, etc – you can learn more here: Releasing Addiction

Negative emotions – shame, guilt, apathy, depression, fear, worry. A lesson from “The Subconscious Architect”: Eliminate negative emotions, thoughts, negative self-talk, and harmful thoughts -> Values & Beliefs logical level

Emotional pain – if you are holding to emotional pain, you are not allowing that energy to dissipate. Emotions want to flow through you, e-motion – as energy in motion, and once they do, they hold no more power over your reality. What are Trapped Emotions, Clearing Your Inner World,

Unconscious patterns – releasing your unconscious patterns in life is the path to liberating yourself and being fully present in your reality. Developing awareness is the way to change the programs that are holding you back. The unconscious can only rule your life if you are not conscious of it. Once you bring something to light, into awareness, it loses it’s power over you. You become free to live on a higher dimension of reality. This is a great place to start: What is Shadow Work

Learning how to let go – learn how to let go and live in the present. Live in the now and make the best of what you have while becoming better and better. Improve yourself. Get out of your own comfort zone, and let go of what you fear or isn’t helping you on your path. This is the way to a higher dimension and experience of life.
