Natural Healing – Energy Healing 3

Now you know exactly how energy healing works in the most basic and simple form of healing.

Let’s recap the process:

1. connecting to yourself and tuning to the energy of the universe
2. allowing the energy to begin flowing into your head and hands
3. directing the energy from your hands to the person in front of you (or to yourself)

This is the process of providing healing to others and allowing them to be healed through you.

A point I believe is important to make is that the healing is not done by you, yet through you. This is good to remember as to stay humble to the power you have accumulated.

You are a now a healer. You are now beginning to understand the greatest power in the world you can hold and help others with. It’s beautiful and profound.

This is just the first step and as I said before there are many more nuances and details to delve into – yet now you have laid the foundation to the rest of your journey of healing yourself, others, and the world.

I believe that healers heal everything – once you begin this journey your whole life changes and everything becomes more aligned and natural in your energy.

You are a healer who is now connected to the infinite light of energy that is always there and will always be there as long as we’re here.

The quality of your healing now depends on you – your intentions, purity of heart, the love you give, the foods you eat, the habits you have, the energy you radiate.

A healer is a person who has a high standard to hold in this world. That is why I shared with you the ideas about your habits and beliefs in the first part.

Your quality of healing is a reflection of your inner state and your purity/alignment with the natural source of energy.

Of course that doesn’t mean you have to be perfect or never make mistakes. That is part of being a human. The idea is that once you have the awareness as to what these things do to your energy and alignment you will make better choices.

Over time better choices compound and improve your quality of life drastically as well as the quality of your energy.

Think of the source of infinite energy as pure white light. When it flows through you it is as if you are a channel which now allows the energy to go through you to yourself and others.

If your channel is clear and clean of any negativities and impurities the energy will flow better and more naturally, with more vitality and power.

If the channel has impurities and negativities it can affect the energy and flow less vitally, with more impurities and less potently as directly to the source.

This is why as a healer it is so vitally important to fix and improve your ways, to become an integrous person, and to live authentically and truthfully as you possibly can.

It will allow you to reach deeper and deeper levels of healing, vitality, abundance, love, wisdom, and understanding of this world and the energy you are operating with.

Each person has a unique frequency that is vibrated with the energy that flows through them, and through releasing all of the clutter and excess which are not yours, you will be more aligned to that natural frequency of who you are fully.
