Natural Healing – Step 2.2

We just discussed about ways for dealing with the basic ideas of:

  • Self talk
  • Negative thoughts
  • Beliefs

In this step I want to dive a step deeper and discuss more acute, deeper, and perhaps challenging states of the mental, inner state -> which through the discussion here may give you more validity, understanding, and light to the topics.

Through understanding of these as universal experiences they may even allow you to make peace with them to relax and bring a greater sense of peace and acceptance.

Acceptance and peace will allow you to eventually transcend these states and live with them, or even explore life beyond them.

More intense and challenging states of mind can be described as:

  • Depression
  • Existensialism
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
