When God created the world, He created the world through Speech, through words and commandments
According to the Kabbalist method of Creation, He used the Hebrew Alphabet and 10 Sephirot to create all that exists and all that exists is embedded with the power and divinity of these letters and Sephirot.
The Kabbalists teach us that by understanding and learning about the Hebrew Alphabet & Sephirot and their mystical powers we can gain a deeper understanding of the formation of reality, creation, and the manifestation of all phenomena.

72 Sacred Names
When one concentrates on the powerful sacred names of God the Almighty, one can experience a divine connection to a higher source of energy and power to fuel the creation and ability to experience a higher reality.
The sacred names have a very powerful ability to change one’s life and open the channels of abundance to many blessings of health, prosperity, love, wealth, and spiritual gifts.
There are 72 Sacred Names that contain different qualities and essences to create different results and auras in your life.
By meditating on the names and the letters in the names one can receive a heightened feeling of divinity and sacredness
For example the sacred name – sal – סאל – is known for it’s powers to create increased abundance, wealth, prosperity in one’s business and work, financial growth and closing debt.
Meditating on the sacred names can be a very powerful experience and should be done seriously and with the proper attention this demands.
Hebrew words and sentences
More words and sentences can be used in your manifestation and kabbalist meditation.
For example the word “Shefa” – שפע – which means abundance can be used in meditation to create more abundance.
The word “Ahava” – אהבה – means Love – and can be used to attract a profound and true love for oneself.
The word “Refua” – רפואה – which means Health can be used to heal various diseases and illnesses, to induce wellbeing and good health in life.
A meditation you can use in your practice
One of the most powerful meditations to use with these words in your being is a kabbalist meditation.
There are 2 types of meditations you can practice with the sacred words and letters of the Hebrew language.
1/ Observing and contemplating the beautiful words and letters of the words and sacred names you wish to induce in your life. By simply looking at the beautiful Hebrew letters and contemplating their deep meaning, you are already creating profound shifts in your mind, your frequency, vibration, and energy. This is a practice that is profound and has wonderful effects on your being.
2/ Meditating on the words in your mind.
First begin by observing the word you wish to work with and bring it’s effects and profound essence into your being and life.
Then as you memorize the letters and their shape in your mind, you can close your eyes and enter a state of meditation, a state of heightened awareness and relaxation.
Focus on your breathe, breathing deeply, and feeling connected to your inner essence.
When you feel your mind is clear of all thoughts and distractions, you can begin by seeing the word and it’s beautiful Hebrew letters in your mind’s eye shining with divine white light.
Afterwards, you can draw the words in your mind with a pen of light, letter by letter and say the name of each letter as you do so.
When you are done writing the word, feel the light of this word filling your head, and flowing down through your body, filling you with the essence and meaning of the sacred letters and words.
When that process is finished visualize the frequency of the word and letters spreading and flowing to all parts of your life, allowing you to experience a profound shift in your vibration and energy.
