Heart-mind connection Meditation

One of the ways you can develop deeper intuition abilities is to do a heart-mind meditation on a daily basis.

It is a very simple practice that will allow you to strengthen the connection, increase your intuitive abilities, and bring forth many powerful insights and revelations.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Sit or lie down in a quiet place and close your eyes.
  2. Place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly
  3. Breathe deeply into the depth of your belly and feel your diaphragm expanding.
  4. Hold your breath for 5 seconds. Release.
  5. After a while doing this breathing, move to breathe into your heart and feel the connection between your mind and heart strengthening. Imagine the neurons and cells communicating between your heart and mind.
  6. See a white light moving up from your heart to the mind in sync with your breath, strengthening the connection between your mind and heart, and keep breathing in more deeply.
  7. Do this for about 10-20 minutes every day.
  8. At the end of the session with your eyes closed, you can ask your heart a question. Feel it in your heart, feel the answer to the question, and allow it to guide you. The results will astound you.

As you strengthen the connection between your mind and heart, it becomes easier to decipher what the right moves are for you.
