2.0 Identity

|

As you come to visualize your new reality, it is beneficial to know how your new identity looks and feels like.

For this, I recommend creating the 2.0 Identity Profile.

You can use the format suggested here, and add elements that you feel would benefit you in your process.

Note down your new identity:

1. Name
2. Age
3. Gender
4. Country
5. Speech, tone of voice
6. Looks
7. Clothes
8. Posture
9. Personal qualities
10. Profession and hobbies
11. Energy and vibe
12. Home, car, location and so forth
13. Quirks, negative traits, imperfections

How are you presenting yourself to the world? How do you look? What energy do you radiate? How do you embody the new identity?

Immerse yourself in that new version – and once you’ve done so – use the visualization practice presented in Session #2:

This will fully connect you with the new version of self – and allow you to embody it NOW.

Enjoy.
