Higher Vibrations exercise

Wanted to share with you all a great practice you can do on this lovely Sunday

I enjoy doing it from time to time and refocus on what is fun, vitalizing, energizing, and higher in vibration in life

You take a piece of paper, cross a line in the middle, and then on one side write: Raises my vibration

And on the other : lowers my vibration

Then take as much time as youd like to note the things in your life that fit these categories

For example you may picked up on a negative habit, environment, thought pattern etc that you didnt notice till now.

So this is your reminder to let it go.

And focus more on the side that raises your vibe to new heights.

The simplicity of this exercise is where the magic is found.
